The problem of planktic foraminifera of the family Globotruncanidae. Les foraminifères planctoniques de la famille des Globotruncanidae. Seminar Contrib. of Czechoslovak Palaeontology to Evolutionary Science 1945-1985. Attention is paid to taxonomic and phylogenetic problems of the family Glokotruncanidae. Iterative evolution of one-keeled forms is the main principle of introduction of new taxa. Whiteinellinae n. subfam., Archaeoglobigerininae n. subfam., Plummeritinae n. subfam., Falsomarginotruncana n. gen., Marginotruncana n. sp., Carpathoglobotruncana neoschneegasni n. sp. and Falsotruncana fguirensis n. sp. are established. The emendation of Radotruncana El Naggar, 1971 is carried out
